How do I book an Appointment?

What are your hours?
Upon reopening in the charming town of Benicia, I deliberately structured my schedule to embrace a part-time commitment, allowing for a more leisurely and enjoyable pace. I exclusively work during the first two weeks of the month, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays with available slots at 10:30, 12:30, and 3:00.
Where are you located?
We are located in the heart of Downtown Benicia at 301 First Street.
Do you have parking?
Yes, I have one designated parking spot for my clients that can be used during their appoitment time if needed. There are several parking spaces on First Street if available that are closer. Details will be given at time of booking.
Do you take walk-ins?
Walk-ins are not currently available. The Pedicure Sanctuary is a by appointment only studio.
What happens if I am running late?
We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This ensures you have a proper amount of time to get settled in and you can enjoy your services fully during your time slot.
If you are running late, the service will be adjusted to what remaining time is left.
All no shows are charged 100% of the service missed.
If you have to reschedule we ask that you call at least 72 hours before the date of your service.
Can a friend and I get pedicures together?
Currently I can only accommodate one client at a time. The studio is large enough for 2 people if you would like to book back to back appointments. In doing this you can enjoy each other’s company while you take turns getting pampered.
Do you offer gel polish?
We do not currently offer gel manicures or pedicures. The Pedicure Sanctuary is a regular polish only studio. We carry O.P.I (3 free) and Zoya (10 free, vegan) polish.

Do you remove gel polish or acrylics?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gel or artificial nail removal. You will have to have them removed before your scheduled appointment.
Do you offer Gift Certificates
Currently we are only offering gift certificates for current clients. If your friend or family member is a regular client of the Pedicure Sanctuary you can purchase a gift certificate for them. No gift certificates will be sold for new clients at this time

What are your sanitation practices like?
Our clients safety is our top priority! The Pedicure Sanctuary makes an effort to even go above and beyond what the state of California requires.
We set aside ample time in between each client to clean and disinfect.
We use disposable, one time use, liners in our foot soaking tubs. All our nail files and buffers are disposable and thrown away after each client.
We have multiple sets of instruments so that no set is reused in the same day.
All metal instruments are sanitized, disinfected, and sterilized in an Autoclave at the end of day.
And lastly we wipe down all surfaces touched during a treatment with a hospital grade disinfectant in between each client.
